The background screening services are designed to pre-screen job applicants via a comprehensive employment background screening, as well as drug screening. They include SSN trace and aliases using a nationwide criminal database, an SOR (sex offender registry) search, a watch list global criminal search that provides an instant database search on individuals involved in terrorist activities, money laundering, illegal imports, fraud against government agencies, violations of federal banking regulations and fugitives from justice. All packages can be combined with drug testing to comply with your drug-free environment policy.
The pre employment drug screening is capable of detecting usage of the most commonly abused substances like Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP and Marijuana. A MRO (Medical Review Officer who is a medical doctor and an expert in the substance abuse field) will review any drug screenings with positive results.

- What is the pricing for background screening?
To get a price quote please fill out the contact form for the package you are interested in. Our pricing is based off of the approximate usage per month and is re-evaluated on a quarterly basis. We also have bundling pricing available if you are interested in both background screening in combination with urine drug testing.
- How long does it take to obtain the result on the background and drug testing screenings?
For our basic and regular background screening packages the turnaround time is instant. For the premium background screening package the turnaround time is approximately 1-3 business days. If you have a bundle package with urine drug screening, the urine drug screening results are available in approximately 24-48 business hours.
- Can I change the background screening package if I later decide to go with a different package deal?
Yes, you are able to change the package you have set up. You would need to contact your account manager and we would be able to provide you with the new pricing information and update your account to reflect the change. Please note this process does take time to update so please inform us in advance.
- What information do you need in order to get my account set up?
When you fill out the contact form for the package deal you are interested in an account representative will contact you and get the needed information. This will include the package you are interested in, if you are looking to combine the service with drug screening, an approximate average of usage per month, and the contact information such as phone number, name, and email address.
- How long does it take for my account to get set up?
Once an account representative contacts you and obtains the needed information we will have you fill out an invoicing agreement and a background screening agreement. Once these agreements have been received your account will be set up in approximately 5-7 business days.
- Once my account is set up when can I begin the screenings?
Once your account is set up you will go through a brief overview of how your account works and how to submit the information for the background screening. If you combine your services with drug testing you will also be informed of how this process works. Once you have gone through this brief training session you will be able to begin using your services.
