1. How long does it take to receive the results?
The result of a test is normally available in approximately 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email when your results are available.

2. Can I receive my results in written format?
You should receive a notification via email once your results are in. Then you can login to your TestCountry account to view and print your test results. We can only email or fax a copy of the results upon request. No original paperwork will be provided since the originals are kept by the facility.

3. What is paperwork will I need to go into the lab?
You will receive an email containing a PDF requisition form that you will need to take with you to the lab you choose when placing your order.

5. Do I have to provide personal information or can I remain anonymous?
In order to visit a testing center it is necessary to provide your personal information. Your information remains strictly confidential.

6. What information do I need to provide when placing my order?
You will need to provide a valid phone number and email address. This will allow us to contact you if there are any questions concerning your order. You will need to provide us with a valid email address in order to receive your requisition form that you must take into the lab.
