Frequently Asked Questions
If the result of a drug test is negative it is available in approximately 24-48 hours. Positive results take longer to process. These results are generally available in 3-4 business days. The Medical Review Officer will contact the donor directly in the case of a positive result.

You should receive a notification via email once your results are in. Then you can login to your TestCountry account to view and print your test results. We can only email or fax a copy of the results upon request. No original paperwork will be provided since the originals are kept by the facility.
3. Can I visit a testing facility today?
Our same-day option lets you make an appointment for today. Please note that we presently have limited facilities nationwide offering same-day testing. Requests for same-day testing must be received by 12PM PST, however, due to variations in lab facility hours, we cannot guarantee same-day testing. In the case of time zone limitations, you would be able to go in the next morning.
Donor information must be submitted in the Shipping Information Form during checkout so we can accurately arrange your appointment. This service is not available for hair testing.
Additional fees may be applicable if any changes need to be made to your order once it has been processed.
This test expires in 30 days from registration date.
