The Occupational "Express" Hair Drug Test Kit is designed for individuals and employers who need a very fast and accurate hair drug testing result. The test detects for the most popular drugs for up-to 90 days.

These five drug classes are mandated for testing by the Federal Government.

Please note that the donor cannot collect their own specimen for this test.

This test covers all of the advantages of the Occupational Hair Testing Kit, and also includes an overnight pre-paid shipping label (compared to USPS priority label included in Occupational Hair Testing Kit).

With our easy-to-follow instructions, you take the hair sample at home or at the workplace and send it to the laboratory. The Medical Review Officer reviews all positive and negative laboratory results.

If the results are required for official reasons, you will need to enter the personal information of the donor requested accurately. Depending on the hair sample validity, you will the results via email or fax (sometimes an extra day needed for results) within 1-2 business days after you ship the sample.

Our Occupational Hair Drug Test Kit is easy, fast, confidential and accurate.

Hair drug testing allows you to obtain a 90-day drug history. Hair samples can be taken at home or in the office and mailed to our laboratory, using the prepaid label enclosed in the kit.

The samples take approx. 48 hours to process and the results are available via email or fax. All results are reviewed by the Medical Review Officer before they are released. Please note that non-negative results can take up additional days depending on the specific case.

Personal information is requested so that you can use the results of the test if needed. In order to use the test results for other than informative purposes, you need to fill personal information accurately.

Results from this test may not be admissible as evidence in a legal situation.

Please read the instructions carefully before taking a hair sample. The length and quantity of hair must be adequate. Hair must be cut directly from the donor's head or body, we do not recommend that you use a hair sample taken from a hairbrush or from any other source/surface as this can cause the sample to be rejected.

Important: The hair sample must be taken directly from the donor's scalp or body. It is not advisable that a hair sample is taken from a hairbrush or any other source (e.g. pillow or shower drain) as this sample may be contaminated and it will not be possible for the laboratory to determine to root ends of the sample. Therefore the sample will be rejected by the laboratory.

Important Information

• This test is designed to be used at home or in the workplace. Please read all instructions before proceeding with this test. It is your responsibility that the quantity of hair provided is sufficient and that the paperwork is completed in full. Failure to follow the instructions may result in your test being rejected.

• If a test is rejected, it may be possible to retest the sample for an additional cost of $20.00. If your test has been rejected please contact us and we will advise if it is possible to retest your sample. If a retest is possible you will be contacted to confirm additional information about the donor before we can proceed with the retest. The additional cost will be charged to the credit card on the original order.

• Note: If the test is rejected due to "quantity not sufficient", it will not be possible to retest the sample. A new test will have to be purchased.

• The Chain of Custody form which accompanies the hair sample to the lab, requires some personal information. The inclusion of this information is optional. If you do not wish to include your personal information or the information of the donor, please mark the Chain of Custody form with ANONYMOUS. However it is important to note that the Medical Review Officer (MRO) is consulted to review all results, both negative and positive, and in the case of a positive result, the MRO will need to contact the donor or donor's guardian directly to discuss the possibility of prescription drugs. If you choose not to include personal information on the form, the MRO will be unable to consult the donor.

Your results will be emailed to the email address provided in your order unless we are called and notified otherwise.
