BACKORDERED ITEMS/ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
We try to keep all items in stock, however, on occasion an item may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock/on backorder, you will be contacted immediately by email and notified of the estimated date of shipment.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are shipped via Fedex Express, USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class mail, or UPS Ground depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the stock availability. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of in-stock items.
Please note that FedEx are unable to ship to a PO Box address. APO/FPO/AFO orders are OK.
* Store's cutoff time is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM are processed on the next business day.
** Next-Day orders can be delivered on-time if the order is placed before 11 AM PST. Shipping Courier for the next-day orders will be FedEx or UPS depending on the item type and quantity.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, personal checks or money orders.
To pay by check or money order you must print and complete the offline order form. Please make sure to calculate the shipping and sales tax (if applicable). Print this form and mail to us with your check or money order The address to where you need to send your check or money order will be printed with your offline order form. Your order will be processed when your order and check/money order have been received. If you pay by check please note that there will be a $15 fee for any returned checks You will be responsible to pay this $15 fee as well as your full order amount.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT™
TestCountry.com has partnered with Google Checkout™ to offer you an alternative method of completing your order. Google Checkout™ simplifies your online purchases, enabling you to buy from TestCountry and other stores on the web quickly, easily and securely, using a single account. Your credit and debit card information is stored in one secure place, and Google Checkout™ protects you from unauthorized purchases. You also have the ability to track all of your online purchases together at Google Checkout™ or separately at TestCountry and other stores.
If you've used Google Checkout™ before, all you need to do is select Google Checkout™ in the TestCountry.com Shopping Cart and you will redirected to Google where you provide your checkout username and password to complete your transaction.
If you're using Google Checkout™ for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout™ login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy.
Order details, tracking information
All information relating to your TestCountry order(s) can be found under your Account at TestCountry.com and Google Checkout™. If you have any questions about your order please contact our Customer Service Dept at 1-866 775-2697, Mon-Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm PST. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Special Discounts and Coupons
Only discounts/coupons applied before the checkout process will be applied to your Google Checkout™ order. For example, if you receive an email which advertises a 7% discount, you must use the link provided in this email to direct you to TestCountry.com, as this link contains your discount information. You will be unable to enter a coupon code during the checkout process.
If you would like to add a special discount coupon to your order during the checkout process please use the standard TestCountry checkout method.
Returning to TestCountry from Google Checkout™
To return to the TestCountry store during the Google Checkout™ process simply use the browser's back button until you arrive at the desired store page. You can add/delete products to your cart, then checkout again.
