|TestCountry test kits are:|
The first symptom of pregnancy is a missing period. A fertilized egg rapidly undergoes cellular divisions and forms an early stage embryo which is implanted into uterus wall and that characterizes the pregnancy. During this process a diverse array of hormones are released to prevent further menstrual bleeding and assist in embryo development. There are many pregnancy test kits available in the market that often come with a simple test strip that lets you know your pregnancy status by testing for the presence of one of these hormones in your urine. Often, these kits test for the presence of human chronic gonadotrophin (hCG) hormone in the urine. The test can be performed at the convenience and privacy of home without requiring any specific instrumentation or medical expertise. Such kits are often quite cost-effective and are available easily at medical stores. Often few drops or morning urine sample are required to detect the presence of hCG. When placed on the testing window, urine migrates towards the result window through the blotting tissue. In most of the kits, if a single color band is obtained in the result window, pregnancy is negative but a double band means presence of detectable amounts of hCG. In contrast to pregnancy test kits, ovulation tests often test for the presence of luteinizing hormone (LH), which rises or 'surges' 24-36 hours before a female ovulates. Further, there are many sperm count kits or male fertility kits for testing male (in)fertility. These kits are often based on total sperm count per dl of seminal fluid which is an important criteria to decide fertility factor.
